These Terms and Conditions apply to the Plume3D: coloring book app (hereafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Viktoriia Borodina (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, extracting source code, translating, or creating derivative works of the Application is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges incurred. If you are not the bill payer for your device, you must have permission from the bill payer.
Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if you are unable to access the Application due to low battery or other device issues.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties and cannot guarantee accuracy at all times. They accept no liability for losses resulting from the use of the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. System requirements may change, and you may need to update the Application to continue using it. They do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with your device or operating system.
The Service Provider may also terminate the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

● You must delete the Application from your device
